Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Globyad Academy website or enrolling in our course. By completing an enrollment, you agree to all of the terms below.
01 About The Course
- This is a LIVE online course conducted on Zoom, three days a week from 9:00 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
- Classes are taught entirely in Bengali.
- We reserve the right to modify or improve the class schedule, module order or course content as needed.
- HD recording access applies only to the Pro and VIP plans.
02 Enrollment And Payment
- A seat is confirmed only after full payment is received.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable payment gateway charges or taxes may be added separately.
- Once payment is confirmed, the student group and Zoom links are sent to your WhatsApp and email.
- Discounts and special offers are valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time.
03 Access Is For You Alone
⚠️ Strictly prohibited: sharing course access, Zoom links, recordings, bonus ebooks or any other material with others; downloading and distributing them; screen recording; reselling; or presenting them as your own work.
- One enrollment equals one student. Access must not be shared between multiple people.
- Violating this term will result in immediate termination of access without any refund, and legal action where appropriate.
04 Intellectual Property
All videos, recordings, ebooks, templates, frameworks, slides and other course materials are the exclusive property of Globyad Academy and are protected by copyright. No part may be copied, reproduced, translated, sold or published without our written permission.
05 Student Responsibilities
- Arranging the internet connection, device and Zoom app required to attend classes is your responsibility.
- Tools taught in the course may carry their own subscription or usage costs (for example AI tools and ad budgets). These are not included in the course fee.
- Spamming, self-promotion, abusive behaviour or disturbing other students in the community is not permitted.
- Complying with the policies of Meta/Facebook and any other platform you use remains your responsibility.
06 No Guarantee Of Results
This is an educational program. We teach skills and strategies; we do not guarantee any specific income, sales, clients or employment. Results depend entirely on your implementation, effort, budget and market conditions. Please read our Earning Disclaimer for details.
07 Third-Party Platforms
We teach and use various third-party tools and platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, ChatGPT and Zoom. Globyad Academy is not responsible for any change in these platforms' policies, pricing, features or availability. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of these companies.
08 Limitation Of Liability
Globyad Academy shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from applying strategies taught in the course, including advertising budget losses, account restrictions or business losses. In all circumstances, our maximum liability is limited to the course fee you paid.
09 Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time, without notice and without refund, if you breach these Terms or our community rules.
10 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.
